[PATCH 0/1] migrate: Eliminate listening_sock field from TCP connection state

A bunch of the things I'm working on right now are made more difficult by the lack of spare space in the TCP connection structure (without adding an additional cache line). I realised that even the minimal forwarding table implementation we have now allows at least one easy win though: the listening_sock field can be eliminated pretty easily.
