I _think_ that this change shouldn't affect the AVCs at all; the only advantage is that it should mean that we won't need an explicit call to "restorecon" in the RPM .spec file. So I don't think that this will actually fix any of those bugs, but I'd certainly love to be proved wrong.
Most of those are stuff I didn't investigate yet.
